Ms. DiPalma's musical training begins at the age of 5, formally studying classical guitar, piano and violin. She began her classical voice instruction with Austrian Opera Singer and Juilliard Graduate  Pauline Domanski at the age of 8 by beginning her studies with the Italian Anthology and Mozart repertoire including Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni and Die Zauberflöte.

She had begun role study with recitative and arias at the age of 14 for the roles of  Susanna from Le Nozze di Figaro and Gretel from Hansel and Gretel. She has trained with American Sopranos Benita Valente, Sheryl Woods and Lori Philips. Coached extensively with Maestro Valery Ryfkin (Opera Santa Barabara) and Elise Auerbach (Curtis Institute).

Sage continued her studies with speaking languages Italian and French to inform and enhance her understanding and singing of operatic repertoire. She conducted choir ensembles as well as participating in string quartets and renaissance ensembles in classical and jazz performances. Upon composing her own music, she learned how to conduct those  instrumental ensembles who would prepare and perform her pieces.

Founder and Artistic Director for PavarOpera Company, composer, instrumentalist, and music educator  Sage DiPalma has been committed to utilizing her passion for music and taking it wherever it will lead her.
